What happens when we arrive
Your technician takes the door off and removes the racks, trays and any inside panels. These go into the heated dip tank on the back of the van. Baked-on carbon is scraped off, and the oven is scrubbed out with soap-based products rather than caustic sprays. Once everything is dried and reassembled, you can cook with it the same day.
